When will I receive the installment ticket?
During installment payments, you can check the status in TICKETIER SmartPay:
- Select the TICKETIER SmartPay menu.
- Choose the event for which you want to view the installment payment history.
After completing all payments, you can check your ticket in the "My Tickets" menu:
- The ticket will be added to the "My Ticket" menu once you've made the final payment as required.
