How can I request a refund?

Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where the organizer postpones or cancels the event and allows buyers to cancel or request a refund.

Process for requesting a refund:

  1. You will receive an email or notification from TICKETIER regarding the postponement or cancellation of the event, along with details/terms for requesting a refund and a link to a form to fill in refund details.
  2. The staff will review your refund request along with your supporting documents.
  3. You will receive an email from TICKETIER indicating 'Refunding', signifying that your request is currently being processed.
  4. Once the organizer successfully refunds the amount to your account, you will receive another email from the system stating 'Refunded.'

Noted: The refunded amount via the bank account you provided should appear in your account within 60 business days from the date you received the 'Refunding' email.
